Speaking Events

I love to communicate and share knowledge but I don’t consider myself a talker or a speaker.
My intervention consists in sharing the knowledge I have from my work experience with athletes and bring it to the corporate world in three dimensions, brain, heart and body.
Would you like to know more about these dimensions?

Books published

I am very proud to be the author of 5 books, 4 of which published by Porto Editora as “Reload. Menos stress. Melhor performance“, “Running. Muito mais do que correr“, “O Treino do Futebolista – Volume 1. Resitência – Força – Velocidade” and “O Treino do Futebolista – Volume 2. Lesões – Nutrição” published by Editora Guerra & Paz.

Highlights

Since the middle of the 2020 season, I have been supporting Miguel Oliveira in an attempt to improve his performance as a driver. It has been a fantastic job, with an exceptional driver, in a modality where the milliseconds can be the reason for a victory or a fall.
We work on what is called “marginal gains”.
I real challenge!

Porto Canal

It is a tv show of interviews made by a non-journalist with people who, not being known to the majority of the public, have something to tell that adds and inspires.
